AttorneyGuide - Certified Ethical Attorney

Ethical Certification

Why is it Important to You?

Did you know that every year thousands of attorneys are disciplined, suspended or disbarred for ethical violations? Those violations may be minor - such as failing to return clients' telephone calls, or serious - like misappropriating client funds. How can you avoid hiring these unethical attorneys?

AttorneyGuide.com is Nevada's first and only listing of certified ethical attorneys. In addition to determining if an attorney has any public disciplinary record, AttorneyGuide also performs its own independent research of each attorney before certifying them as ethical. We believe that proven moral character counts, so we carefully review each attorney’s background.  This research includes, as appropriate, input from attorneys who serve (or have served) on one or more Nevada State Bar Disciplinary Boards, local Bar Association input, former client feedback, internet research, a review of the attorney’s marketing for compliance with Nevada State Bar Rule RPC 7 governing truthful advertising and/or any other method that AttorneyGuide deems suitable to assist in determining whether an attorney meets the Certified Ethical™ standard.

"I did not know where to begin when my situation changed and I needed to hire a lawyer. Thank you AttorneyGuide for finding a qualified and ethical attorney for me. I will recommend your services to my friends and family without hesitation." Chris Willett, Las Vegas, NV
