Mr. Robertson has been practicing law in Reno, Nevada, continuously since 1983 and is the senior partner of the law firm of Robertson, Johnson, Miller & Williamson. Although he often represents established businesses, such as Nevada Bell, Sierra Pacific Power Company, Squaw Valley Ski Corporation and KOLO TV, he also strongly believes in representing injured individuals.

Mr. Robertson particularly enjoys representation in his areas of personal interest. For example, as a pilot, Mr. Robertson represented Senator Stephanie Tyler in her case against the Cessna Aircraft Corporation when the small plane she was riding in, piloted by State Treasurer Bob Seale, crashed on takeoff. Mr. Robertson is also a long-time member of a national organization that encourages safe motorcycle riding. As a result, Mr. Robertson has represented many motorcyclists who have been injured by the negligence of others.

Mr. Robertson plays an active role in our local communities as general counsel to corporations, limited liability companies and two local churches. He also sits on the Board of Directors of several businesses, and is counsel to Squaw Valley Ski Corporation. He donates his time as a pro tem judge, acts as the Chairman of the Washoe County Bar Association Technical Committee and has received multiple awards over the years for his volunteer work.
