Charles Lybarger has been practicing since 1992 and is experienced in all aspects of corporate representation (contracts, licensing, business development and management, complex litigation, patent, trademark, technology transfer & alliance negotiation/structuring), organizational management, company oversight (employment, compliance, property, etc.) and strategic counseling.
